I would some suggestions and guidelines from experienced paypal merchants about selling digital product online ...

I have always suffered losses as the buyers get undue advantage over transactions involving digital products .. what do we do to verify the buyer does not steal our product?

From my experience, As long as you make sure the buyer either receives their purchase instantly or in a timely manner there isn't much problem. I always make sure that digital products I sell are set up to be sent instantly via IPN delivery software. From what I have seen it is the buyer that is taking most of the risk as Paypal doesn't have much to say if you buy a digital product. The only way they can have a decent dispute is if the product is never received. Other then that selling digital products is IMO pretty safe and profitable. Just make sure you keep records and proof of item being sent to the buyer then if there is a dispute, just upload those files to paypal and try to work it out. Hope that helps :)
