I have an online game which im setting up paypal (subscriptions, donations ect). Should i use a personal account or business? I think a business account is more professional, however im worried that i will get letters ect? Will i get classed as living at a commercial property ect? Sorry if this is a stupid question

You have to verify your account if you need business account such as company registration number etc Paypal contain different rules according to country.

Just use business account with more features, you can buy or sell with minimal fees. however you will not get letters. For the commercial property: if you don't declare it, you will not pay any other fees to the government.

Just make sure you incorporate before jumping into a business like that. Though you might not run into problems, it would be my luck that I would have someone get angry enough to want to pursue legal action against my company.

Better use Business A/c , assuming you would get more number of payments / transactions & it might lead to suspicion if you use under your personal name , though using your business name , if paypal suspect the transaction activities , you may have to provide necessary documentations & proov that the payment is legitimate.

Also it would be acceptable & understandable , if you do business using business a/c rather than personal a/c.

Anyway this is just my personal opinion , contact the paypal support if you need reliable info on which a/c to use for your business.
