I have a quick question. I am wanting to give out cash rewards for the most active member of my forum, or for the person with the highest referrals on my forum. I have to pay via paypal using my debit card. What if my members cannot accept debit transactions? What are the fees if they can? Is it based off of the amount? For example, what might the fees be if it was $5.00?
