That's not true. If you receive funds into your Premier or Business account, you will get to pay the fess. It does not matter if the sender has a premier account or not. Actually, technically speaking, if you are in the US, you will need a credit card to lift the limits and if you are in other countries, you need to have a credit card to verify your account. So that said and done, you should technically not lose any business if you accept credit card purchases exclusively since you will actually accept a larger and more global clientele. At least that is my experience. I have been using a 3rd party credit card processor for many years and added Paypal for a short 6 months period last year and sales only went up by about 5% with Paypal. I removed it because it was too much trouble and also the higher chances of disputes which I learn was from being using fake identity to verify their accounts. I removed Paypal and I did not lose any business, in fact, it went up instead. In short, you need a credit card if you want a Paypal account but you don't need a paypal account to have a credit card.
