Paypal fee in India increased?

Hi,

Is paypal fees for all Indian users increased

from 3.9% + $0.30 to 4.4% + $0.30 ?

 

May be....How much we will get if we received a payment of $10?

 

you will get 9.26$ and fees will be 0.74( 4.4% of 10$ and 0.30$)

i don't know more about new fees , but its done in last 1 month...and paypal fees is same for every countries !!

 

Yes, just checked . From September , Paypal has increased fees to 4.4% + $0.30 fixed.

Online community in India is already facing a lot of issue with paypal, they are making it more difficult day by day.

 

But still it is the best payment mode.

 

For your kind information, we did have a small change in the fees structure in September 2013. We have sent out emailed communications to all our users, notifying them that there was a change in our UA since the 10 of September 2013.

The communication was sent out to explain that our User Agreements (UA) states that we may amend the Agreement at any time by posting a revised version on our website with immediate effect. Also, should the revised version include substantial change, 30 Day’s prior notice will be provided on the Policy Updates page on our website.

Upon checking your account personally, I can see that your fee rate for receiving cross border or international payments is aligned with the new changes and the fee of 4.4% + $0.30 USD is the correct fees.

 

yup they increased the fee : also their new a/c start from PREMIER and seems like personel a/c eliminated.
