Paypal Fee For Small Amounts

Hi

Some guys sell services as low as $.49 , so how much amount paypal took from $.49 as fees ? or pp dont take fees from them ?

pp takes a minimum of 0.35 per transaction, unless the buyer sends as gift.

 

Paypal also has a micropayments scheme - where they charge a higher % rate (5%) but only 5cents per transaction:
