Hi, one question here. If my PP account is not varified, is there aby harm in requesting for a cheque?

And some you guys said that sometimes the cheque never arrive to you, will my money be lost if the cheque never arrive to me?

Please answer me. I need to request a cheque urgently and my account is not yet varified.

If someone with unvarified PP has already requested your cheque, please share your experience here.
    Thanks.

There's no harm requesting a cheque having an unverified account. If the cheque gets lost in transit, you can contact paypal after 45 days and request them to credit the amount back to your paypal account.

BNTS, have you ever got letters from your relatives abroad?? I know in this age, that is a bit of an odd question to ask, but it will give you an idea of what time it will come in.

Till now I have received 3 Google Adsense check. All of them exactly on 5th day of month.

Few years back I got few StormPay check within 17 days.

Why PayPal takes so much time??

Actually, the transit time for paypal, adsense & stormpay cheques sent via regular mail is pretty much the same... The only difference being paypal takes about 4 days to actually dispatch the cheque after you request it.

    OMG
    Is that true??
Can any gCard holder here confirm it ??
I guess eXe has one so can you please tell us if this is really the case with gCard?

BTW, i read few threads and did a search, it seems to be true but these threads were about a year old. (August 2005) I dont know if its still happening or if gCard have done something about this security issue.

I read that article, and while I am unsure if the "backdoor" exists or not, I can say positively that I haven't had any problems with gCard yet.
