Also would like to state i will not support or promote any illegal activity...for paypal...or xoom..or my govt..We have to be in law....
What about the receiving limits.i read somewhere in the forum that i can verify my paypal account with gcard.
Yes it will be increased If u have a NON-VERIFIED a/c than u have restrictions.. But if u have a verified account than no problem... All limits are lifted to 2500$
Are you sure your recieving limit is $500 or your withrawal limit is $500 per month? If you are sure that you have $500 receiving limit then your account must be personal paypal account. You can increase it by upgrading your account to premier or business account. Upgrading an account to premier account does not require a CC too Here is a quote from Paypal User Agrement for your convinience:
Because of sat & sun i can't proceed further but tomorrow is monday... India Govt Offices remain close at weekends.
Thx for appreciation.. I will inform soon abt the process. Right now i m buying a laptop Cya guys. Will soon go to the Legal place...
But in the gcard and other international debit card sites they say that you can verify Paypal account with debit card by adding it in the add bank option to verify
Even paypal and other big companies provide Virtual cards. Even after virtual cards they need "SOMETIMES" verification doc.. Who said u need a name on it... Also if u have a HIGH fie account please go all with CC and also use legal doc for it.. Keep paypal uptodate.. Only if u have a big deals or daily $$$ up down..

Hi, Can anyone tell me if it is possible to get the cheque directly in US$. The last time I withdrew an amount, they sent cheque in Indian rupees. While the normal conversion rate is usually around 46, they converted at rate of 43.**. Apart from all this, they sent the cheque by ordinary post. How pathetic can that be? Please tell me the safety in giving your credit card details on the paypal account. Is it safe? Has anyone had any problem after posting credit card details.
Do we need a credit card on your own name to verify the account? How many days after entering the credit card details is the account verified? Is it safe to enter credit card details on paypal?
Your CC last name should be same , you can use your family CC where last name is same, i think it is ok even if your name is different many of my friends are verified by friends CC. Enrolling your self for verification they deduct 1.95$ from your CC and put it your paypal balance they just do a little transaction of 1.95$ and on your monthly CC statement you will see 4 digit code written with transaction by paypal. you need to put that code in paypal account after enrolling your self for expanded user programme (verification). and you will be verified. verification is simple , the time factor depends on how early you get the CC statement if you put your CC for verification. and about delivery you can select special delivery that will cost you 25$ ll be deducted from your paypal balance. and about receiving cheque in indian RS the current rate is 43RS=1$ , you must be selected your country as India.
Are Sure about 1$=Rs.46 conversion rate. I Think its between Rs.44-45. PayPal always pays in local currency.
Check current Rate on Paypal Website.. Search on google the rate are always flexible and goes up and down. So normally 43-46 i always consider a 42..
