I have used Xoom for sending money

Register with a foreign address

I think Xoom will not investigate address of the payee

and also Paypal will not froze your account for Xoom

If Xoom found out that you are using intra India training they wiill reject your transaction and return money to you

Note: There is no problem with Xoom As I recieved a email stating that my transaction has been completed

Xoom is an buyer for some service according to paypal

 

If one does not verify his account with credit card, I mean to say that in case of unverified account, the sending limit is $100. Would you please tell me that is this limitation is for lifetime or per year?

 

Lifetime $100 limit.

 

Also you can withdraw a maximum of $2500 for lifetime(by means of check or cheque)

 

Xoom is really strict in intra-sending of money. Don't try sending money using your account because it's just a waste of time. Find a relatives abroad that can send your money through xoom.

I actually send it two times they were not able to found out it

 

Cool.. Did you use proxy? When was the last time you did sent to yourself?

 

last week Friday and I did not use proxy and also I got the confirmation email of my transaction has been completed

And this monday I have sent a transaction It also had no problems

 

IT s not check it is direct bank deposit They will deposit directly into your bank account no

And they have a list of 50 banks with which they can deposit money directly into your account

 

So I guess they're not strict anymore.. I'll better try it now.

The important thing is that you should use different address and you should use another name
