Paypal fake email and script !!!

    Hi i recived some fake email from fake paypal.

    Message title: Your Account Has Been Limited PayPal Case ID PP-658-119-347
    Message: Profile Update - PayPal
    Attachment: PP-658-119-347.htm

    Can someone tell me what that script is doing?

    yes I thought that too, but the user who got this mail don't have paypal :D but they probably send it randomly and sometimes they got someone, but I am just curious if it can get passwords from your cookies or something like that.... as it is a computer that I used to work on sometimes....

    Forward the email to: spoof (at) paypal.com and they will confirm it's a phishing email.... and hopefully look into it...

    If you are not sure about the email whether it is really from PayPal, to be safe I would suggest you better leave it or you can log in to your PayPal to see whether is the message appear in your PayPal as well.
