PayPal error

    I received money for the second time on my PayPal account and was going to make a payment when it told me the next thing: Sorry, we weren’t able to complete your payment or set up preapproved payments at this time.
    Wat may be the reason for that? I already made a payment from that account and even now the funds are seen like available, but I can't do any payment.
    How should I proceed?

    Quite a few people have been reporting various issues the last 2-3 days.
