    Hello Everyone
    Getting an error on Paypal :
    "We're sorry. We're not able to complete personal payments to account holders in India at this time".
    Please, tell me why I'm getting an error like this one. I think Paypal likes Indian people a lot. That's why most of "Indian Paypal Account holders" are not happy.

    Paypal doesn't allow payment transfer within India, means an Indian can't pay an Indian through Paypal. Since I'm an Indian, I am not able to pay an Indian through Paypal. Why ?

    If your recipient' paypal account is also Indian, then I am afraid that Paypal would not support that. I live in China and I have a China Paypal account. Before, Paypal supported me to send money to another China paypal account or Non-China paypal account like US, UK, etc. But then at the beginning of Februry (if I remember correct) Paypal does not support transactions between 2 China paypal accounts and I do not know the reason, either.
