I tried to add one more credit card to my paypal account. But now paypal can't verify this. I use the same card for doing other transactions online. But I am getting an error in paypal. Can anyone suggest some thing? Is there any thing wrong with the type of VISA card. My other card of master card. Should I need to apply for any particular VISA card? PS: It is a VISA card. And I have already contact customer care, but they are unable to rectify the problem.
