    Hi

    I Rcvd Sayin that

    "Dear MY NAME,

Your recent PayPal transaction was declined because you did not have a valid debit or credit card linked to your PayPal account. Or, if you had already attached one, it might have expired.

Simply attach a valid debit or credit card to ensure your future transactions can go through smoothly. In just 3 easy steps, you'll be back to shopping securely and conveniently again. So, act now."

So, just add a valid debit or credit card and get back to shopping securely online right away.

"Hande Mohsin, your recent PayPal transaction was declined. Act now to resolve it.""

Is it a Real email from paypal or just a phishing mail??

I'm not so sure. Paypal never sends out emails to you directly to your personal email. If you hover your mouse over the link that was sent to you in your inbox and look at the bottom left of your browser to see where it's directed to, that will tell you alot about the email. I receive a ton of those types of emails that look like they're legit from paypal and then I forward them to paypal and they usually tell me that it's a phishing scam. So beware

Just check the url address when you go to log in and make sure its right. Verifying your account with a credit or bank card can lift restrictions and give both buyer and seller added protection. Its so easy nowadays that if people do not verify, it makes me suspicious. Usually most companies will text or phone you a code you enter and its done in a minute. No excuse for not making the effect to show people you are trust worthy. Especially with all the scam artist out there.

If you get any email from paypal and if you are not sure that who sent it, the easiest way to find it out is to go to your account by typing www.paypal.com and login. If you have anything serious, paypal will indicate it on the first page when you login. Otherwise you'll see the overview page of paypal. Do not click any link given in the email.
