Hello i'm not really sure where to post this but here is my question i bought a xbox 360 off ebay and the guy sent me the wrong power brick so i sent him the power brick back and filled out a claim for 8$ to get my refund back on shipping he sent out a new power brick but it didn't work either now when i contacted him after that he said he'd send out another but never did never supplied tracking number like he did the others and now he wont respond to my pm's on ebay and paypal wont let me file another claim with him and i'm not sure what to do I'm starting to feel that i lost 186$ what do you guys suggest i do? i have already contacted ebay they gave me some site to report him to and that was all they said and they felt sorry for me -.-
I'd find a power brick locally. This happens when you buy used. And Ebay is SHIPPY Company ... that just doesn't care. I doubt they will be of much help at this point.
do you think if i contact paypal and explain to them what happened I'd still get a refund? even though they wont let me file a claim sense i already have before.
from my dealings with paypal you might stand a chance seeing your the buyer i would give it a shot what does it hurt besides wasting a few mins on hold to maybe be told there is nothing they can do for you
Did you already leave negative feedback for the seller? If the seller is a power seller they will probably contact you to get the negative feedback removed. If it is a seller with low feedback and low sales then it could be rough.
nah it's to late to leave feedback its been 3 weeks lol but i just got off the phone with paypal they told me to call my credit card company and request a charge back ftw so they was actually helpful for a change hopefully i don't go in - balance for doing this
What kind of seller is it? If it is a power seller, go in and by something for 1 dollar or less, then leave negative feedback immediately (you have to pay the dollar though). Once they get the negative as a power seller they will contact you. They will lose to much money through DSR payments from eBay. This will really be effective especially if they don't have any other negatives in the last 30 days. If they don't contact you then at least you got to leave the cheater bad feedback . Just an idea.
funny thing about that is ebay already removed all there listings lol the person that was selling the 360 user name is linaa285 as you can see other people started leaving negative feedback about basically the same thing i got screwed out of
That good. I believe that if you don't buy from new ebay member that sell product at the price that too good to be true. Then you should have no problem about the refund. If i'm not mistaken the linaa285 is new seller at ebay. So,how does the your CC company say?
