In the recent Past I have observed that with Account limitation many of our friends and webmasters have lost big money. Do you think at what extend it is valid to block any amount from any account holder when there is neither no dispute found or no complaint is received.

I guess this is a trick from Paypal to block amount of innocent sellers or people who receive money via Paypal even when they don't have any open dispute or claims on Paypal.

The So called "Verification" Process that Paypal regulates while blocking the account must be regulated before authorizing the sellers to initiate account with Paypal since in that way sellers may dont have account limitation until any complaint filed against them by any of their buyer

I guess Paypal is EATING big Money behind their so called "Account limitation" and verification Process

Paypal expects you to open account with correct details and while following their terms and conditions.

If you follow your contract closely, you should not get your account limited.

Even if your account get limited, you will not lose your money because after 180 days, you can withdraw the money provided you gave them accurate information about yourself in the first place.

When dealing with Paypal, make sure you have all the necessary paperwork such as use Paypal Invoices, Buy Now button and Subscriptions. Do not get people to use the Send Money method to send you money because that is the wrong way to go about doing things.

Make sure that you use a Premier/Business Account if you intend to receive money from people and do not sign up if you are underaged, not from a paypal supported country or do not have a bank account or credit card.

Paypal is still the best option for me. I have a personal account and sending and getting money from them is free.

I think you may be in trouble cool_78. I myself had a personal account and just switched over to a premier account recently.
Paypal says you can only receive friendly and affiliate payments with a Personal account.

I have both accounts Premier and Personal. For all the affiliate Payments I use Personal account while I use the Premier account for all purchase and sale of products and subscriptions. :)

And yes it is the best payment Processor widely accepted in over 190 countries. Best of all I can withdraw from Paypal to my Bank Account so I do not have problems with them.

Paypal don't eat money, they earn money by providing a legitimate service as best as they could. A lot of pay pal limitations are due to users who are using them from non listed countries but hiding behind a proxy.

I don't think PP will not limit your account without valid reason...

There is a lot of alternatives to paypal ,but most sellers use paypal and accept only that. They're not so bad, sure they have 300 dollars of mine that I will be getting back in a month, but they are very regulating.
