Well, it works well... I sell item online and recently, I received a e-Check for download item. Few days later, the e-Check was not good. So I tried myself and here is what happened: You pay for something that you have to download, you pay with a Paypal e-Check. Once you have your item, you empty your account. Once Paypal want to clear the e-Check, there's not enough money and is declined. You didn't pay and you get the item I have been a victim many time and try to get the idea clear...But I have a hard time to cross the line and screw others...I should though, just to recoup my lost...But I can't
