Paypal downgrade question

I sent downgrade request through paypal saturday March 15
and within 5 minutes got this reply

Thanks for writing to PayPal's Customer Support. I realize that this
situation can be frustrating, and appreciate the opportunity to help you
resolve this issue.

We appreciate that you tried our PayPal Business/Premier account. Per
your request, your PayPal account has been downgraded from a
Business/Premier to a Personal account. You are only permitted to
downgrade your account one time. If you upgrade your account in the
future, it will remain a Business/Premier account for the lifetime of
the account.

The ability to receive unlimited credit or debit card funded payments is..............

Its been 3 days now and still nothing happens in my account, it still says Account type: Business

I thought paypal already downgraded my account but still it is business nothing happens, do i have to wait few more days before changes may take effect? Anybody experienced this before?
