Paypal down ?

    Yesterday i tried to login twice and the site was down. 5 min ago, again, Paypal is down.
    Is it possible ?

    i dont noticed that paypal is down
    by the way, 5 mins down time is possible for all the website including paypal

    Paypal is not down. Basically, our local service sometime down. Therefore, our internet websites down.
    I face this problem many time using Digital point.
