PayPal Dont Replay mail ;) | Urget Help Need !!!!

    Dear Member,

    I mailed paypal for an isses a transaction is Voided not Completed.
    where the money gone !!! I paid DomainSite.com for deposite.

    DomainSite Said the the transaction is voided not completed and DomainSite does not receive funds.

    regarding this issues I mailed paypal but 1 week past no replay. dear member pls share your xpriance when they replay and how many days need:mad::mad:

    If your amount is really bigone then try to contact them through phone otherwise resend them email. Through contact them phone you will sort out your problem but it'll take time and cost.

    Paypal staff takes time to reply any query.Even one of my friends transaction was voided,but paypal still took the money.

    I don't know how many will agree with me, but.... stop using paypal.

    We had an issue 2 years ago with paypal and since that day we don't use it.

    They claim that our account has some relation with another account that has a problem with it cash flow. So paypal decided to put both account under limit: we couldn't do any transaction nor to withdraw our money. We had more than $3000 on that account. We send emails and we always got the same reply. We spend hours on the phone with them and allways we had to tell the story from start. It took a YEAR since we saw our money in the bank.

    We are using 2CO, MoneyBookers and in the last months we started to use Google Checkout. We never had a problem with none of them.

    Ditto with the above however it is not that easy just to stop using paypal as so many other sites use them ok receiving payments fair enough but making them a heck of alot of sites only accept paypal.

    Plus using paypal does mean a slight drop in business sometimes when not accepting payments with them but not always the case.

    And yea I use all 3 of the above 2CO MoneyBookers and Google Checkout there amazing :) wont let you down.

    To resolve the issue don't wait for a reply lol call paypal up right away over the phone they take time with emails sometimes.

    They usually reply within 24 hours to me however when its over the weekend it can be 3 days + for them to reply.

    Best bet is the phone.

    Call their phone support.....you gotto wait for a long time to get an operator..
