paypal dont let me send money!!!!

when i try to send money
in send money Page i just see:

You must add funds to your PayPal account before sending more money.

i added my bank and credit card account
how is it?

 

I don't think so .Money shortage??

 

It's measn you have to bring money from your bank account to your paypal account you don't have money in your paypal account balance

 

If u r not having Funds in your PAYPAL it will show like this.. but u r telling that u have added Credit Card... Pls Double Check whether u have Correctly added ur Credit Card..

OR Contact paypal Support...

 

Check your paypal to see if they do have a balance if no balance you would have to add funds.

 

i wondered my self too,
you know in second send money PAGE you can select that you pay with balance/credit card/bank account/....
but in FIRST page even if i put $1 it says you should add fund.
i tried to contact support but i need to make a payment asp and i dont have time to wait 3-5 days to add money from my bank.

 

Call them to solve this problem because only customer support can let you know where exactly you are missing out and what next to do to get out of this confusion.

Don't believe on this person because he is scammer, he has stolen my friend's domain, don't trust him, he has paid but reverse the payment because he used another person's credit card (don't know the credit card owner is his friend or not) BEWARE

 

This is common problem.
You need to transfer fund from your bank account/credit card to your paypal account then only can make payment.

 

But he alreay attached his credit card to his paypal account. he even can not send money using credit card funds. Correct me if I am wrong.

 

Credit card can be used as a funding source even if paypal balance is zero. So if you have added it, then theres some problem. Call paypal.

 

Either he has not attached his credit card correctly or he is doing some procedural mistake.

Members are right in that Paypal representative would be able to guide you correctly with a hands on support.

If he is, please, report his auctions as stolen goods, i've been told also that his other auctions are stolen domains also.

 

I doubt that your CC verification fail. Check your limitation see what was writing there
