Paypal donations. Taxable?

    Depends on your country. In the UK all donations are taxable unless your organisation has charity status which includes NFPs as well as charities.

    Would be surprised if donations werent taxable as it would be a big loop hole that two entities didnt do mutual donations rather than payment for services/ products.

    Unless you're registered as a non-profit, then it's still taxable income.
