We see lots of Paypal scammers these days. Some friends lost thousands of dollar in last weeks. I wonder if we get Paypal payments via donate button, is it refundable? (open dispute by buyer) I see sites having donations puts messages as paypal donations are non-refundable? I could not find any information at paypal.com When i sell domain, service etc., can i get payment via paypal donate on my web page against disputes? Any idea? Thanks.
