    Hey all,

PayPal doesnt let my country recieve money.. What can I do ?

Can I ask a friend open an account, who live in USA , and use his PayPal account with my credit card.. My credit/debit card is registered in my country.. Will PayPal check the credit/debit card country too ?

If PayPal will check card country then can I ask him to let me use his PayPal account with his credit/debit card ?

I hope PayPal will not check from which country I am logging into his account ...

Please suggest me , what to do to recieve payments throw PayPal..

    Thanks

If you can't receive payments through PayPal due to your country, then there's nothing you can do. PayPal checks details about where you're logging in from and most likely will limit your account, if you were to attempt to manage another account from a different country.

You most certainly cannot share accounts or use someone's elses account for it.

The alternative would be to sign up legally with company like http://www.plimus.com or http://www.2checkout.com which can help you receive funds through Paypal.

To Whoever get me the Red Reputation in this thread and told me to look up the 'Multi-user Access'. I know that there is such an option for Paypal Business Accounts, however in order to use this, all logins must still be from a paypal supported country. It is not to say that by signing up for a Business Account, it makes it alright to log in from a non-supported country. You will certainly need to read the Terms and Conditions of Paypal before you pass judgement.

yes your 100% right that the account must be address to a country that is listed on paypal list... but it is possible to use friend's account or relative's accounts who live in a country that paypal support using multi user access.... but it is hard to find someone who can be trusted unless its your relative... so the best option to receive paypal payment is by 2checkout.com or clickbank.com except they have a join fees of $50... but these 2 services are good for receive paypal money for countries that are not listed on paypal...

You should look for alternative payment processors that is allowed in your country. Give moneybookers or e-gold a try :)

I can send money through PayPal, but not recieve. If I can send money , does not it mean that my country is PayPal supported country( Maybe 50% supported country ).
I trust to a friend in USA. But I dont have a registered company, and he doesnt have any company registered there too. Can he still open a business account there ? ( I guess he can not open business account) . Must he be a citizen of USA ? He is only living there and working, he doesnt have citizenship of USA .

Can we have multiuser account with Premier account ? Can I withdraw money to my debit/credit card which is registered in my country with multiuser account option ? Or I can only withdraw to a credit/debit card from USA bank ?

I am going to use PayPal with Pay Per Click , Pay Per Impression, and in future directly selling ad space ..(Other ideas should be too )

A Premier Account is just a Personal Account which allows you to use the Paypal account to collect money from selling through Paypal provided that your country supports receiving funds. If your country is not listed as can support receiving of funds then a Premier or Personal account is the same.

You can only have a multi-user account with a Business account. See https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=xpt/cps/general/PayPalAccountTypes-outside

Well, get your friend to incorporate a company or register a business in the US since he is there then you can get a Business account. As far as I know, the business account needs to be linked to a bank account linked to a business link. Also be prepared to provide registration or incorporation documentation when asked for.

You do not need to be a US citizen to get a US Paypal account, all you need to be is a US resident.

I suggest you contact Paypal and ask them.

done, correct ? Can he (or someone not from paypal-friendly country) still login to his US business account while being located in country not supported/not 100% supported by Paypal without problems ?

Well, I believe that the Contracts and Legal Agreement still holds. Anyone who wants to log into the Business Account will still need to be from a Paypal supported country. I would think that those from the Send Only country can access that account too.

I doubt that the Multi-user Access is there to provide a loophole to disregard contracts. It is just that there are businesses who may have multiple departments or run by more than 1 person such as a partnership who are from the same country. That is what the Multi-user Access is built for and not to allow people from unsupported country to gain access to a paypal account.

I have the same problem, so what i do that is, i open i new account in paypal as a USA user, and i put another CC ( credit card ) because it wont let the same CC to use in two different account, so its like that, but you open that USA user account, if you cant open it, you can download a program called proxy-gn - or something like that, this program will give your computer an USA IP address, and that could be the solution for your paypal problem, I do that, and i have no problem, i can receive and send, and buy from any place in the web, Hope i helped you, Send me PM if have any Q,
