Dear all friends My friend recently verified his PP using pnb bank a/c. 3 days back he tried to add PNB MASTER DEBIT CARD in his PP for back up purposes (b/c he had not a single card in PP for funding). The $ 1.95(two debit in INR.... Rs. 90 AND 46 apprx.) deducted from PNB debit card sucessfully by PP and asked for PP verification code to enter. By mistake he entered wrong EXPUSE code thrice .....now PP wants some ID proof and bank statement showing address and debit card no. But you know PNB issue only PASSBOOK and no debit card statement (showing card no.). Then--- a) May he provide Net bk. statement.....(.BUT that HAS NOT ADDRESS MENTIONED)...????? b) Bank's seal and signature also must in NET Bk. statement too ???? c) As ID proof PAN card will work ???? d) Should the documents be self attested...???? e) on which email ID should he contact to PP.???? f) Bank passbook showing address in one PAGE .....and normal passbook entries in another page (but not showing DEBIT CARD no.) will work..???? g) SCANNED copy of all the documents can be sent by EMAIL.....OR NOT...???? OR ONLY FAX copy is acceptable.????? Pls. do guide b/c I too not know enough a/t PP and facing this type of problem 1st time. .....waiting Thanks in advance
Well anything showing your photo identity with address will work. I have used PAN card and driving license for verification before.
Dear friend Thanks 4 quick reply I have only---PAN card and PNB BANK passbook with address....is it sufficient for verification.????? U know pnb not provide statement showing card no. and address.....they only give passbook which not show card no.. So what to do???? Pls. guide in detail if possible.....help Thanks a lot..
