You should hurry and contact Paypal as they have a 45-day period after which you cannot complain.

In ALL of my disputes paypal supported the Receiver (Seller) and not the Sender (Buyer me)

File a complaint with your hosting company and they should be able to get your site back...

This happened to a customer of mine. He had a godaddy account for the website.

He sold it on ebay , the buyer paid through paypal. Stole the information and cacelled the payment. Then my customer told godaddy his site was stolen and please reset the password.

They reset his website password and got his website back.

I recommend going right to your website hosting provider and do the same. You will get your website back, since what the buyer did was totally illegal.

Why paypal is not issueing a service like making a agreement before making this type of huge amount of payment, Paypal should monitor whole matter with the concern of both buyers and sellers. like they did after dispute. They may charge for it (2-5%) for that service extra.
Actually I am getting now very bad experience with PAYPAL. But since the last year it was good.

I've never tried this before, but an idea just came to mind for selling websites.

    --
    Accept the payment through Paypal.

Wait for a self-addressed (matching the buyers verified paypal address) overnite envelope to get to you. Make sure they send it using a courier that requires a signature from you & that the self-addressed envelope they send will require a signature from the buyer as well.

Once you get the envelope, send it back to them with as many DVDs as it takes to store the sites files for delivery.

Once the package gets to them and they sign for it, it's a lot harder for them say they never received the goods or that it's an unauthorized purchase.

Once they receive the package with the DVDs, handle any domain transfers that need to happen.

I always fail in Paypal dispute, first time I lost as a Seller, I lost $300, then I lost as a buyer too, I lost about $40. Paypal not protecting Seller and Buyer for digital products

fuc. paypay i lost money too with them and now i only use it for small amount,

so its escrow? 100% sicure? if you get the money from a buyer using escrow are this money yours 100% or they can take that money back?

if not wat's the best secure payment for sellers?

You were scammed. I am sure you know that by now. Try calling Paypal to help you. I have complaints before and they always help. And if nothing else works, just charge it to experience. An $850 lesson is surely something you would not forget in the future.
