    Hi,

what are the chances I win this if I've sent the files through email to the buyers pp confirmed email?

It's hard to tell, it depends on the type of files and if there is a way that they could verify the delivery. Sadly to say, it seems that PayPal usually errs on the side of the buyers, at least when it comes to digital products.

I don't really know enough to make a truly informed guess, just be sure and be very honest and forthcoming with the PayPal staff.

Contrary to ContentCreation's comment; PayPal, in my experience, sided with me 100% of the time when I was the seller - tangible or non-tangible items.

The best advice you'll get is: speak in confidence during a dispute. Never, and I repeat never, leave any room for the mediator to second guess your integrity.

    Works all the time.

For example. I bought a Mac Air on eBay and was told it would arrive in 4 days. It didn't come so I filed a dispute.

PayPal gave back my monies and 6days later I got the Mac Air in the mail!

Obviously, I sent the monies back, but this just goes to show you even if you're wrong and show confidence you have a much better chance in achieving what you want.

    Hope this helps
