PayPal Dispute System - Terrible

    Hey all,

I recently had my first (and hopefully only) ever dispute on PayPal. It was for a measly $10 but don't you agree that PayPal is in the wrong with the way they do it? Basically, when a dispute is opened against you, the amount of money in question is "Held" from your account, and then you're forced to pay it back. If you don't have the money in your account, doesn't that mean you can't pay it back since PayPal has it? Also, isn't that illegal with the way you have to pay it back, PayPal is basically stealing money from you...

I didn't agree to get stole from... Maybe PayPal has bent ToS that means they can go that way if it goes legally, but don't you think that's just wrong?

Just contact PayPal with the dispute/transaction ID and tell them they've recieved the product, and provide proof. If you can't provide proof unfortunately, you'll be scammed out of that amount of money buy the buyer... Always make a track and proof of it sales.
