Hi there, I have 2 questions about paypal dispute. 1.Let say I pay someone, and paypal dispute is 45days, so does that means he can only use the fund/withdraw the fund after 45days? if not then what if he withdraw then left his acc 0$? I will get nothing? 2.Let say I am offering service, then the clients just open a dispute, saying unsatisfied even I've done the job, who paypal will believe? because I once fight with moneybooker, but they give the money back to the client, for example programming service, the client said I didn't program well even I am. thanks
If you pay someone, they can withdraw it at the same time. No need of any wait. And yes mostly PP will support the buyer if they open any case.
1.Let say I pay someone, and paypal dispute is 45days, so does that means he can only use the fund/withdraw the fund after 45days? if not then what if he withdraw then left his acc 0$? I will get nothing? - No, s/he can immediately withdraw the money from his/her account. If you dispute is success, you can still get the money back and her/his account will show negative 2.Let say I am offering service, then the clients just open a dispute, saying unsatisfied even I've done the job, who paypal will believe? because I once fight with moneybooker, but they give the money back to the client, for example programming service, the client said I didn't program well even I am. - Paypal basically is protecting buyer but if you have enough proof that show you already sell your service/goods, you may win the dispute too. However, suggest use escrow rather than paypal alone if you are selling service or virtual product
1. so all the loss is paid by paypal? so people make trick during dispute. 2.Can explain more, where's escrow service
1. if you want to withdraw the money, you sure have to attach either your bank info or CC info, paypal can still track them. 2. Just visit escrow.com for more details.
1. Paypal will charge the person involved with the refund amount -- Paypal will not cover the payment for the vendor. 2. Escrow is another method of completing a transaction between buyer and seller. It helps by receiving the money from the buyer as an impartial party, and withholding it from the seller until the buyer can confirm that he/she received the product/services owed. Escrow is usually used for transactions that involve a lot of money, and just be aware that there is a fee involved.
There's a lot of things that PayPal takes into account when settling a dispute. The party in the wrong usually loses. If you are in the right i wouldn't worry, PayPal doesn't punish the good
but if he can withdraw the money, using vcc, I don't think paypal can charged the person, except paypal took from bank registered. but if all withdrew..? I just want to ask for I am afraid of people who offer partnership deal. thanks for the post. thanks trevor
