balance will go negative and if you have a credit card and you lose , they can try charging you card and of course hold further transactions

I don't think they'll automatically withdraw money from your bank account. I've had a negative balance after a direct bank deposit didn't go through and all I had to do was transfer the money to Paypal so I assume it will be the same for all negative balances. :)

    you will get :

    1. mail warning 3 times
    2. get limited
    3. account will have negative balance
    4. ask you to fix neg. balance ASAP
    5. provide some document
    6. or get limit 180 days if no response

    my suggestion is:
provide document about transaction any screen shot your product, billing etc.

It will then make your account become negative in balance and you need to top-up it with your bank account.
    I really hate this thing~

First, payment will hold. If you've withdraw that balance. Your account will be negative balance. If you have delivered that item for your customer. Just simple give paypal team proof about it

The buyer attached CC will be charged or attached bank account will be charged.
