So recently I had held a online on some internet cafe but when I get home i've noticed there's an unauthorized sending of funds using my paypal account. Now i've sent a dispute for the funds that is taken away while reviewing the case PayPal debited me the money which is the amount of the Dispute cover. So while days are passing by i've spent the funds that PayPal debited to some online shops. Now PayPal email me that I lost on the dispute claim. And my current paypal is 0(zero) balance. I know that I will be having a negative balance but thing is will other people be affected on this like the seller which I bought a goods using the Paypal Debit Funds? thank you.
