    Here is one update :
    When i did deal with client. I request him to provide me ID proof for verification purpose so i can transfer domain. He was not ready and i thought i should not deal with him as he is in Dubai and he might able to create dispute after delivery product. i got his ID proof. Yesterday i call to paypal.com and try to explain problem and he transfer call to dispute department and he was not hearing me and making excuse. I ask him how i can protect myself for future transaction and he told me try to get ID proof and i said i have his ID proof of this client too. I send ID proof.

    Escalate this claim to PayPal and then send the screen shots of the chat you have had with the buyer. Send all the proofs that you have. PayPal team won't disappoint you.
