PayPal Dispute older than 45 days ..help!!

    I want to file a complaint about a transaction on a a website that didnt go well ...i filed a complaint then said that it had to be within 45 days of the transaction ...unforntunatly it was about 52 days!

    Anything i can do?

    Did u pay by CC,if yes then call ur bank and file a dispute.

    Opps,u cant do anything now.U can still try by searching his ph no or some other details but that may not help u getting ur money back.

    i had exactly the same problem mine was 47 days and they wouldnt do anything for me lost £176.50

    Yeah:( Similar thing happened to one of my friends and he was helpless. God only has to take care of these hapless people.

    If your concern is a legitimate one, and you have documentation as to the failure of the seller to deliver, you can appeal the 45 days thing...

    Just write paypal a LETTER, and an email with all your facts.

    Its about $85. Doesnt sound much, but i need it for something desperately atm.

    This is stupid....there has to be something i can do!! :mad:
    i dont like just throwing money away that could be used for more important stuff. its frustrating!
