The scammer took money from me three times for buying domain & purchasing a domains .First time in last month i create a dispute on that persons account. Now if i create more then one dispute at that person account.I heard from anybody that if you create more then one dispute at one paypal account then paypal banned your account. Is it true ? Pls advice.

Well what happened to your first paypal dispute? was it resolved in favor of you or the other party.
Its unlikely paypal will resolve the same issue in a different manner for the second time.
Is the second dispute for the same transaction?
If you found the other party was a scammer why did you do business for the second time?

Not sure if they will ban your account for making multiple transaction disputes but that does look suspicious in you buying from this problematic seller 3 times and filing a dispute for each one.

Why would you want to file dispute against same person twice....moreover, why would you want to do business with the same person again if he/she cheated you already????

Rather than Opening Dispute,I suggest you to call Paypal Customer Care support and tell them entire issue and you will definetly get a solution to solve this problem :)
