It only works for physical goods. Any digital goods paypal does not cover for you. So it's like mailing cold hard cash at first tot he seller and hoping for your digital product to come to you. I knwo this as I got scammed 4 times on digital products, and disuptes just ignored me. Even after i escalated to claim paypal said it was "digital" and does not cover
