    I can't answer that, you can only report to Paypal, they will do their due diligence.

    From my experience, they freeze a 25 cents deposit into my account it took about 20 days to clear and make it available :) .

    There's no other way that they could know about anything unless you tell them. But please, write your reasoning to them much better then you are on here.

    1sy what is the payment option? it is credit card because chargeback can only be done if you paid him by credit card... if you paid him by paypal, then file a dispute... and if you paid him by egold then forget about your money...
