I am having problems with a dispute in paypal. The client paid 2 x $120 to my account that is $240. Since there is a minor set back on the supplier's side the product cannot be delivered and I refunded the first $120. When I was about to refund the 2nd $120, I cannot find any refund option. It says that the payment is on hold. I computed my remaining balance and turns out that the remaining balance is not mine and I have refunded $120. The thing is. If in the dispute, I refund the money to the client. Will that be taken from my original account? The 2nd payment by the client of $120 was put on held. Kindly help me with this. Thanks
