I was paying up-front money 30%, worth $180. and I waited for 20 days and there is no response from the seller. I want to ask something if someone has face this before. I As a buyer, open resolution, and I explain everything. The Seller didnt reply to the dispute, who do you think would win this case?and how long it will takes?

Do you mean that I need to keep posting until 15 days? But there is no protection on buyer for digital service.

I have been scammed 3 times, thats why I'm looking people who has the same issue with me to share together.

Btw, Thanks a lot for your opinion

Paypal is mainly inclined towards buyers and not sellers for digital goods.

I've never faced the situation before, so not 100% sure. I think you should win the case if the seller does not reply to the dispute. The seller has 15 days to reply, after 15 days PayPal will decide.

Yup I agree with techcone....Your seller will have 7 days to reply to PayPal. If he does not reply, You will receive a refund and the dispute will be closed. :)

The PayPal gives a date in the Opened dispute where it say the date before which seller should respond. If the seller doesn't respond by that date, you win. But I guess it won't be much of use since you aren't covered by PayPal buyer protection. (Still not sure about this, correct me if I am wrong.)

Even if you win the claim you may not be able to recover the money... I have been scammed twice on digitalpoint forum... first time I won but got a message from Paypal that there are no finds in seller's account so I will not get anything.. second time another ass scammed me but since the claim was closed since it was a digital product.

Its so frustrating when you get scammed...

Claim means escalate to paypal, right?

I just let the dispute open, and didn't receive any message from Seller. from 28Th October. What should I do now?Escalate to paypal to file the claim or wait a couple more days?
