If I pay for a domain using Paypal and the seller does not transfer the domain does Paypal entertain my dispute or are domains excluded from dispute/claim ?

Note: I know Escrow is an option but I am want to know about Paypal policy on domain names.

Escrow is only good for larger transactions due to high fees

@OP - You need to raise a dispute in paypal if your seller does not transfer the domain to you.

Be sure that you transact with a verified paypal member only and you need to be a verified member too.
