About 15days ago one of buyer filled a dispute of $405.Now as I had withdrawn the money to my bank account before the dispute so the account balance become -$405(negative). Now today I got a email from paypal that the dispute has been resolved and now account balance is 0(zero). But after an hour I received another email from paypal saying that Dear XXXX, After careful consideration of this case, we've decided in favour of the buyer. PayPal has determined the buyer should receive a refund. Due to the unique circumstances of the claim, and your PayPal account history, we will refund the buyer on your behalf. Your account will not be debited. ----------------------------------- Transaction Details ----------------------------------- Code (markup): Is this normal ? I am thinking that in future if I receive any amount then they will limited my account will hold the money. Please help me what to do now. Thanks.
Weird that PayPal would use the term "favour" since that is not how we spell it here in America. I see PayPal users use that term often, but never PayPal itself. As for your question, it would appear you do not need to do anything if that is an accurate representation of the email you received from PayPal.
Seems you are lucky that paypal is paying on your behalf and since they said your account wouldn't be debited you shouldn't worry though you can always call their support to be on the safe side.
This is probably not necessary. Quoting from Paypal's statement: PayPal has determined the buyer should receive a refund. Due to the unique circumstances of the claim, and your PayPal account history, we will refund the buyer on your behalf. Your account will not be debited. Spycid should be safe.
check the email header if it really from paypal it could be tricky email to get some funds to ur pp account ?
In future if you will receive money they it will taken by paypal and they will neutral yoru balance first
May be Paypal don't want to loose both customers. Paypal record of both of them must be clear and good.
