Well I'm trying to make a few bucks so I can buy a domain. I'm signing up for a site and it says: How would you like to be paid: Check PayPal (Must be a U.S. Verified address in order to receive payment) PayPal Address: If I click paypal, does this mean that my IP must be from the US or I won't be paid? Cause I'm from Canada. If that's what it means; bummmmeerrr.
This is definitely not a Paypal requirement as it allows payment from any approved country. This probably is the restriction of the website you are signing up with. Check with them, perhaps they only want to deal with US residents.
Thats most probably because, US adresses are marked as confirmed, while for all other addresses, they are makred as unconfirmed.
