    I have one question,
    I live in Latvia, but I very want, and very
    need paypal debit card, maybe here is someone
    who knows, how can I get it?

    I guess PayPal debit card is only available in USA and Canada.
    BTW, why don't you go for a debit card issued by your local bank?

    Yep it's only for USA
    well I need it from paypal, because
    I have hosting company, and all my
    clients pay with paypal, so it would be
    great if I can pay in shop directly from my paypal
    account

    There is something like Paypal debit card called "VMI cards",It work for paypal and egold also.Contact user hellfire81 for more details.

    yes ,you can purchase a VMI card and transfer your money to this VMI card ,then you can withdraw or spend it from this physical card.

    some body said VMI card has been baned by PAYPAL. It still work with e-gold only.and.. very risk if you try withdraw paypal money.

    You can also setup a cheep us account with tomatobank for 60 usd egold.
    Have paypal send your funds to this bank. With them you will also get a Debit card which you can use to WD funds
    in your country...

    All applicants gets accepted.
