    No, this facility is not available in India. :(

    I think its available only in US and UK. :rolleyes: May be i am not much sure.

    ya till now paypal debit cards are not available in india but i wish it becomes available within next few years

    Paypal debit cards are presently not available for Indians but looking at the huge customer base, I am hopeful that it would be introduced in not too distant future! :rolleyes:

    Paypal debit card is not available for Indian users. It is only valid in USA and Canada. I guess they will start this service soon as India has the large number of paypal users.
