Paypal debit card.. anyone using it?

I just heard about it now.. and i want to know how it performs and what are the good things about it and what are not.

Yes, I have it. Card is Issued by Chase bank, Paypal has its logo on front. And its convinient to use ur card in gastation or stores where u can't say "whats your paypal id? i will email you the money" lol and its mastercard so it can be used all over the world. And you can take out cash anytime from ATM 2 thousand dollars is the limit. Its good to have one.

The PayPal Debit Card is available to users who:

* Have a U.S. PayPal account
* Have been a PayPal member for at least 60 days
* Registered a credit card where the monthly statement is sent to a physical street address (not a P.O. box)
* Are Verified (completed PayPal's Verification process)
* Have upgraded to a Premier or Business account
* Are an active PayPal member in good standing, as determined by our Account Review Department

If you meet these requirements, log in to your account and click the ATM/Debit Card link in the footer of any PayPal page to request your card.

After you submit your card request, our Account Review department processes your application. You should receive your card in two to four weeks.

 

what is the benefit of business account. If i upgrade to business Account how do i witdraw funds. can i withdraw funds to bank account where i have my account with my first and last name

 

I use mine now and then.

 

A Business account is made so that a registered business or incorporated company can sign up for a paypal account. You can withdraw the money only to a bank account which reflect the business name.

If you do not have a registered business, you should opt for a premier account.

 

I am in Canada, can i apply for Paypal Debit Card? Because i think its very useful.

I though Debit Card was only available to United States Citizens.

I use it since 2006, and it's my main card. You can use it anywhere, and can be used as a credit card as well. Getting money from an ATM cost me only $1 and I even get 2% cash back on my purchases.

Never had a problem with it. But then, I never had a problem with any debit or credit card so far.

I belive that for those doing business and getting payments online through PayPal, this is the way to go since you don't have to wait 3 days to have access to your money while transferring to your bank account. And most importantly, you will only use the money that you have.

 

It's cool, but I prefer withdrawals to the bank to save on fees.

 

no fees, i'll buy something and ask for cash back, no fees.

 

it is only available to US paypal accounts

we are having the card and it is workign great no problems at all

 

I am just waiting for it in India, But PayPal are not launching it due to many fraud orders and transactions. !

 

Ive been using it for the last 3 years, I have 2 of them, its great, just don't like the $1 fee paypal takes everytime I use it .

 

I like things going faster and these funds are instant

 

There are some people in Canada that use it as i read on the internet.. but Paypal said its not available in Canada yet.. so i am not sure whats up there
