Heya, I happen to stumble across this program, in one of the security forums that i belong too. I am not sure if this is real, but it kinda looks like scam. Just google, if you want to do your own research, i dont think such a thing exists tho. I say its ridiculous..
I think it looks like it could be possible, but it also looks like an easy picture to fake. A ton of people break into PayPal addresses every day, unfortunately, and I don't think they need a program to do it.
Seven Things Come To Mind Here: 1. If they are making so much money from this database hacker, why are they selling it? I mean if a lot of people start using it paypal would notice FAST. 2. If they are making money from it, and want to share it with others, why not give it away for free? I mean come on if it works they could be millionaires. 3. It seems to me that they are playing off of mankind's own greed in this case. Anyone who is greedy will buy it right away without thinking, and they probably know it. 4. If Paypal even noticed a slight probable problem in a transaction they would lock up both accounts until they could figure out what was going wrong. 5. If it does work, they do realize that once paypal finds out they will go to prison for theft and will most likely get 25 years in prison. 6. If it is so good, why hasn't it been stolen yet and put up on Mininova? ( LOL ) 7. Paypal uses 2 sets of MD5 salts to protect a password. If you look on the "preview" it shows the account password. So either they have figured out how to crack salted MD5's or it's fake. ( P.S. - If They Did Crack It They Are Geniuses ) ( Just My Take On It )
I have to agree with the last poster. I think it's pretty unlikely that if you figure out a way to hack PayPal accounts to make yourself rich that you would post that solution to the Internet so that you can get found out faster. I must say though that since I go through so much frustration with fraudulent purchases from many of my websites. I hope that a whole bunch of people that do want to commit fraud buy the software and get ripped off themselves.
Yeah there you go, its so lame i swear. I am very sure that it doesn't work and was created by a script Kiddie!
It looks like they are serious. I was able to track down the product page, and it looks - well - like most other Warez pages. It smacks of "Entrapment" to me though. I am sure that anyone who installs this app is likely to get logged in a database somewhere and flagged for investigation. or The makes of the app has merged his excecutable with a PPI Adware app or two and he makes money every time someone installs the app.
