Yes, PayPal can limit but MB can suspended too. PayPal gives a way to withdraw after 180 days as far I know, but Moneybookers don't
Dude I am using Moneybookers from past 2 years and I never encountered any problem with them and you know what is the problem with you? YOu should change your currency preferences, this way they ll directly transfer $$ to your Indian bank account and all knows India banks provides good exchange rates. So go for it and you ll be good with Moneybookers. Moneybookers is the cheapest solution on the web to transfer money to India. and I am 200% sure for it. They just charge Euro 1.80 for withdraw. and no other fee..
and I bet you guys. Moneybookers is the #1 cheapest solution to get money transferred to India on the whole web world. The only drawback of MB is it don't support USA.. but if you are with freelancing sites like GAF.. then you can easily get your money with it. If you have any doubt just PM me and I ll help you.
Could you please look how much I got actually! BTW, I get paid in USD my account is in INR, moneybookers send EUR. what currency is best for me ? EUR as moneybookers send in EUR?
Like everybody else I got the withdrawn amount back to my paypal account after a long frustrating period of waiting but to my surprise I noticed a shocking proof of paypal's money laundering As paypal couldn't process my withdrawal like thousands others (if not lacs), it reversed the amount of 21,431.62 back to my paypal account and showed my balance increase with $443.22 i.e a shocking rate of $1=48.35 INR (while market rate is ~46.66!!!) Strangely, further when I tried to convert $443.22 to INR today in Paypal (From Withdraw to bank or their currency converter) it is around 20,068 only i.e $1=45.279 INR It clearly indicates that on same day, Irrespective of market rate, paypal is going to scam you for around +/- 2.5% (whatever is beneficial for them) Surprisingly they don't even spare us for their mistake!!! To hell with PP, what say guys???
2.5% is for currency conversation fees, secondly, they don't send USD rather INR, so I think in order to keep themselves safe, they use always a lower rate while send money to India. Many of us know this fact, but still for samll transactions they are good. Also, you may try moneybookers, one of the forum member informed he get good exchange rate. and takes $10-$15 (variable depends on amount) for intermediate bank transfer fees, but since exchange rate is good so if you transfer large amount then its okay. I did test before with $55 where I lost approx $9-$10. But after looking at his post, would like to withdraw again a bit large amount. This may be helpful
