    Hello,
I have an India PayPal Account and I am intend to withdraw funds to my bank account. Dollar rate is increasing for past one week and it has reached nearly 45 INR from 43.95 INR. Previously(some 5 days ago) the currency conversion has shown 42.90 INR. I am often checking the currency conversion and it is not changing in past 5 days. It is constantly showing $ 1 = 42.90 INR despite increase in dollar rate in these 5 days. Did anyone withdrawn money in this time or is there any rules change in PayPal for conversion rate.

Its better not to wait for it. Just withdraw it, conversion rate won't increase much in PayPal.
