I heard here that,if someone's country is not supported by paypal...than they could contact someone whose country is supported, and create for them a paypal account and tell paypal they are ADMIN... Can anyone plz explain in detail, how to do this ? whose address will be used ? will there be any risks for that guy who is opening an account for someone ?
What is the use of telling paypal that they are admin? You think Paypal would understand that you want your members to donate to you or something of some sort?
If the country is not supported, it means they cannot use Paypal, there are those who tried to circumvent the rules and ended up being limited by Paypal, a brief search of the forums will give you all the interesting stories.
It cannot work. All those who needs to access the Paypal account must come from a Paypal Supported Country according to the account holder's contractual agreement with paypal.
He may be meant Business account. You're allowed to have more than one person to access the account. So, get someone from supported country. But again, you need to open a company for it, in partnership with that person. Oh also, you still won't be able to withdraw funds by yourself. (I'm not sure about the above statement, please confirm it by PayPal before you try it)
Paypal is not racist, they do not care who you are as long as they earn money from you. They can't operate in certain countries because of restrictions, more likely at the hands of the countries' government than Paypal.
yes it work 100% because i have a friend who's country is not listed in paypal... so he ask a another person to get a paypal business account for him.. and then the person made a paypal for him and made a multiple account.. and now he is managing the account without any problem.... read paypal multi account features.... and you will find your answer..... and if paypal limit the account for logging form a different, then the real owner can remove the limit by sending his documents... and tell paypal that his business is run buy his co-works who live in a different country.. and then paypal remove the limits... trust me this work 100% with my friend as he is in middle east country where paypal is not supported... so all you need to do is find someone who can trust you and let you use his/her paypal...
This is circumventing the rules, at most it is in the grey area, I frankly do not encourage doing such as if that person took away your money and refuse to pay there is no recourse for you.
Actually, the fact is that yes it can work. I know many people, in person who not only do this but get their money. Now I am not suggesting you do this, but here is how it would be done. 1. You have a friend in another country 2. You both register an email you both can access 3. He uses his computer to sign up for an account 4. Now whenever you get payments you recieve an email, so you know you recieved payment. But you never open your account 5. When you want to send payment, you tell me to do it for you and he does. As you can see he needs to a very good friend of yours. Not any elder relative. But again I am not saying you should do this. Just telling you that yes it can be and has been and is being done.
I know it can be done, it had been done and many people had lost their money because it was done. It is no difference from depositing in another's account and asking him to withdraw when you want.
The reason they had their account limited was because they accessed it. You do not access it. He uses it, you tell him what to do. There is a big difference here.
I am not saying about accounts being limited, if I am holding the paypal account and I refuse to return you the money, legally there is nothing you can do to me. Nor will Paypal helped you as to them your friend would be the official owner.
yes your right... but in my case i am using my cousin estonian paypal account... and i use his paypal without any problem using this trick... but i agree with you also as there is a big risk... i was only saying it is possible to do it... but there is a another altervative to this is www.plimus.con where paypal fund can be received....
but there are still good peoples around... my admin who is from Canada accept western union and money orders for me and send the money to me after 8 days by paypal after adding the fund to his acc.... i haven't even seen his face and yet i been getting my money from him from more then 2 years.... even in usa i get the money from money orders... and my friend send me the money after he add it to his paypal... so not everyone is greedy... and so far i haven't seen any greedy friends... however i know these peoples from more then 6 years through.... so dont do business with peoples you dont know well....
