I sent a payment of $110.00 few days back using SBI Credit card via PayPal. When I was sending at that time paypal show me 2 options whether I would like to pay 1. as per PayPal conversation rate or 2. as par Credit card conversation rate. PayPal showed me that they would charge: INR 5,320.02 as I selected to pay using as per Credit card exchange rate, now I can see in CC statement: INR 5,360.82 That means I have lost around Rs. 40.00 ! Just to let you know I checked withdrawl rate at that time using paypal conversation tool: $110.00 = INR 4981.75 Send Money USD $110 as per paypal rate: INR 5,320.02 Send Money USD $110 as per CC Bank rate: INR 5,360.82 Withdraw Money USD $110 from Paypal: INR 4,981.75
