I want to buy some goods on eBay but im not an US Resident, i am verfied but i don't have a confirmed address but i do have a mail box address in US, the company receive my packets and then they send them to me.

Almost everyone in eBay ships to confirmed address only, so i get refused.

There is anyway to get the address of my mail box confirmed?

Any comments will be highly appreciated.

    Thanks

As long as you are not from the US, you will not be able to get a Confirmed Address. There isn't anything you can do about it.

    Yes Chetan is absolutely right..

Verifying paypal account means verifying your address. I also do a lot of transactions with my paypal adn ebay account. It works fine.

Thank you all for your comments, but since i ship to a mail box people usually dont like that, i use that method because i save a lot in international shipments, the company hold my small boxes and then ship them all in a single bigger one, its great for buy small things, but now when i try to buy from eBay or Tigerdirect, they say that my address isnt a confirmed one, since my address is an international one.

As far i know the only way to confirm your address is with a US legit credit card that states your address on it.

I think I see your problem. You are not from the US and you have a non-US paypal account but you do have a mail box in the US which you want to use as your mailing address. I can see why people would not want to ship to you, it is not because your address in mailing is not confirmed, it probably is because it would be strange that a non-American want to have a package shipped to the US.

Usually, shipping to a different country from your actual address would be deemed to be suspicious as as it can be viewed as a stolen account or fraud. Even though you are not cheating, the fear that the vendor have is that after you receive the goods, you can do a chargeback or claim that your account is stolen and the sender have no protection at all. You never know what people would do.

With paypal since you signed up as a non-US country, although you can add a US credit card, you cannot change the 'country' option so it would show up as a US issued credit card with a non-US country which would bring out more warning lights.

Since you are dealing with international parties, you need to assure them that you are not fraud and all you want to do is to save some money.

Maybe what you can do is to fax the vendor your Photo ID and your USPS 1583 form.

When you signed up for the mail box in the US, they would require you to submit a declaration form, the USPS 1583 form to them with at least one photo ID. Use that form and send it to your vendors.
